You will be charged a non-refundable deposit for the first night of your stay upon booking and will be charged the remaining balance 14 days prior to your check-in.

Cancellations made within 14 days prior to your arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.

There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours prior to check-in.

We do not allow pets of any kind, for any reason. Zero tolerance.

Smoking cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, hooka or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside of our chalets for any reason, at any time. Smoking is permitted outside only and we request disposal of any cigarette butts, joints, etc. using ashtray receptacles provided. Please keep our property clean, do not litter.

Yes! We offer a private wood firepit ring outside of each unit for your enjoyment. Firewood may be purchased at an additional cost from the onsite manager. The burning of trees or deadwood from the forest is not permitted. Fires should be actively monitored, and you must extinguish your fire completely for safety purposes.

Quiet time is 11 pm – 8 am MST.

Our chalets are situated amongst other privately owned chalets — please respect your neighbours.

We do have security cameras located on the front porch of each of our chalet units for your safety, however, they are not monitored 24/7.

Should we receive a disturbance or noise complaint, local RCMP authorities will be called to your unit and you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Yoho Chalets is located West of the Yoho National Park, outside of the park boundary. You do not require a pass to stay with us. If you plan to explore any of our national parks, you must purchase a Parks Canada Pass in advance.

The closest airport to Yoho Chalets is Calgary International Airport (YYC).

Calgary International Airport (YYC) is located approximately 160 miles/257 kilometres East of Yoho Chalets. Most major airline carriers fly into Calgary.
